Privacy Policy
Draft — pending review. Last updated August 13, 2026.
Injury Aid Co. (“we”) operates this page to connect people injured in California accidents with Zakaryan Law Group. This policy describes what we collect and how it is used.
What we collect
- Information you send us by SMS or WhatsApp: your messages, phone number, and any photos or documents you choose to share (such as accident photos or insurance cards).
- Technical information when you use this page: IP address, browser type, and advertising identifiers (via Meta and Google tags) used to measure our ads.
- A record of your consent to receive messages, with its timestamp.
How it is used
- To evaluate your inquiry and connect you with Zakaryan Law Group.
- To communicate with you about your inquiry by SMS or WhatsApp.
- To measure advertising performance (aggregated conversion events).
Sharing
Your information is shared with Zakaryan Law Group for the purpose of your inquiry, with our service providers (messaging and hosting), and as required by law.
We also share limited information with our advertising partners, Meta and Google, to measure and improve our advertising: device identifiers, IP address, browser information, and event data (such as the fact that an inquiry was made), and — for ad measurement — a hashed (SHA-256) version of contact details you provide. This may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and you may opt out by contacting us using a method below. We do not sell your personal information for money.
